The Class A property, located at 5600 Market Street in Jurupa Valley, Riverside County, features a concrete yard, a 25,910-square-foot maintenance facility, and has undergone significant capital improvements in the past 12-18 months.

Fully leased to a national trucking and transportation company, the site offers strategic access to the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as major transportation corridors including I-215, I-10, I-15, and Route 60.
